The following are a few very basic components for a wedding cake selection. There are,
of course, many other possibilities, but these ideas will get you started.

Cake Flavors

Meyer Lemon, Chocolate Marble, Vanilla Bean, Traditional White, Cheesecake, Chocolate,
Carrot, Buttermilk Fudge

Type of Fillings

Fresh Strawberry Mango Mouse, Duo Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Strawberry Bavarian Cream, Meyer Lemon Curd & Raspberry, Chocolate Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Fruit, Raspberry Mousse, Bavarian Cream, Cheesecake, Lemon Raspberry, Black Forest, Praline, Swiss Truffle, Milk, Dark or White Chocolate, Forest Berry, or a custom choice

Cake Layers can be brushed with appropriate flavoring syrups of liqueur or fruit juice. 
Sometimes a thin layer of jam, such as apricot or raspberry will be used to intensify flavor.

Finishes

Butter Cream; Whipped Cream; White Chocolate Rolled Fondant; Dark Chocolate Rolled Fondant; Chocolate Shavings
